We are now accepting submissions for our inaugural issue. Please follow the guidelines below to be considered for publication.

Fiction & Poetry looks for work in, of course, fiction and of poetry. We also accept submissions of visual art which may be used in either our print or online magazine, or on our website. In preparing to submit, please observe the following guidelines.

All submissions must be made through our Submission Form. Please format your manuscripts with one-inch margins, twelve-point font, in Times New Roman or other, comparably clear typeface. All submissions must be previously unpublished. If your work is not used in the immediate issue, we may accept it for a future publication instead, or offer publication on our website.

When submitting to any of the categories of work we consider, please do not include any identifying information in the document itself, or we will be unable to accept it for publication. We welcome simultaneous submissions, but if your work is accepted elsewhere, please notify us that you wish to withdraw your submission. We will not publish works written with the assistance of AI.

We accept submissions year-round, but we ask that you wait at least one month before submitting again in the same category. Please do not inquire about the status of a submission unless it has been longer than six months since your submission was received. We do not require cover letters, but feel free to include one which indicates the length of your submission and any previous publications the author wishes to note.
