Fiction & Poetry is a new, independently run literary magazine founded in New York City. Working within the eponymous mediums of fiction and poetry, the publication seeks writing that is timeless and compelling – whether contemporary, experimental, or traditional in form and style – from authors at various stages of their careers.
As we prepare our first ever issue, we are accepting fiction and poetry that will be featured in print publication and an online magazine.
Fiction & Poetry works in collaboration with The Writing Group, and is staffed by chosen members. A community of writers in the New York metropolitan area, the Group’s mission is to develop the craft of its members, provide networking opportunities, and create a greater social circle for those practicing this art at any level.
